Rural Water Alliance is excited to announce the addition of Johnson Controls, Inc. as a strategic partner.  Johnson Controls is pleased to advise rural water clients regarding energy conversation and sustainability efforts, particularly in light of recent legislation authorizing public entities to engage companies like Johnson Controls to evaluate and implement energy conservation measures in an effort to reduce overall energy consumption.  As a performance contractor, Johnson Controls is able to provide a financial savings guarantee in connection with many projects, where rural water clients are guaranteed substantial savings over the contract period.  This guarantee is backed with a promise by Johnson Controls to pay its rural water customers the difference if the guaranteed savings are not realized during the contract period.
