Although areas in Lorain County, Ohio have historically been plagued with contamination from failing on-site systems, a limited number of residents and neighboring municipalities have tirelessly endeavored to kill a project that not only abates the pollution, but simultaneously employs hundreds of otherwise unemployed or underemployed workers throughout Lorain County.
